+ money: the perennial problem

we are currently embarking on this project with limited funds. therefore, our more ambitious ideas for youth.arm are still restricted by the sore issue of funding.

we understand that without secure and stabile sources of funding, there exists an invisible ceiling to block our way to great success; but we stand firm with our conviction that that ceiling solely cannot prevent us from trying for small successes.
